Refund policy

If KinPeak isn't for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. That applies to both the yearly and the monthly plan, and to the first charge of a renewal cycle taken in error.

There are no restocking fees, no partial-use deductions, and no conditions you have to argue your way past.

KinPeak gives you 30 days of full access without a card. By the time you pay, you've already kept a month or two of budgets by hand and know whether the ritual suits you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to find your order and request a refund. You can also email us at hello@shapeyourbrand.com and we'll pass the request to Paddle for you.

Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Paddle's own refund policy also applies. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank, usually a few business days.

Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period you've already paid for. It is not, by itself, a refund request — if you want money back as well, ask through Paddle as described above.

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing, or through Paddle's customer portal.

A refund ends the paid plan, but your household data stays available to export from Settings for 30 days. Delete it sooner if you'd rather — one click removes everything.
