KinPeak is owned and operated by Shape Your Brand LLC, a Florida limited liability company in the United States, trading as KinPeak. In these terms "we", "us" and "KinPeak" mean Shape Your Brand LLC, and "you" means the person or organisation using the service.

By creating an account or continuing to use kinpeak.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

You must be at least 18 years old. If you are signing up for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

KinPeak is budgeting software. You type in your own income, recurring costs, account balances, debts and goals, and KinPeak does arithmetic on those numbers so you and your household can see where things stand.

While your plan is active we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own household. You may not reverse engineer it, resell or redistribute it, or work around its technical limits.

KinPeak is not a financial adviser, accountant, CPA, tax professional, credit counsellor, debt negotiator, broker, or lender, and nothing on kinpeak.com or inside the app is financial, investment, credit, or tax advice.

Every figure KinPeak shows — net worth, debt-free dates, goal arrival months, interest totals — is arithmetic performed on numbers you entered yourself. They are estimates for your own planning, not recommendations about what you should do, and they may be wrong if your inputs are wrong or your circumstances change.

For advice about your own situation, speak to a qualified professional such as a licensed financial adviser, accountant, or attorney. Decisions you make using KinPeak are your own.

KinPeak never connects to your bank, card, or investment accounts. It does not hold, store, transfer, or send money, it cannot make payments or pay bills, it offers no wallet, stored balance, or escrow, and it does not move money between users. No balance shown in KinPeak is a real balance held anywhere — every number is entered by hand, by you.

KinPeak does not recommend, rank, broker, or sell financial products. It does not suggest loans, credit cards, investments, insurance, or refinancing, it offers no credit repair or debt negotiation, and we are not paid by anyone who does.

The avalanche and snowball orderings are two standard ways to sequence the same payments. KinPeak shows the arithmetic for both and leaves the choice to you.

You must not misuse the service. That includes using it for anything unlawful, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security — no malware, no probing or penetration testing, no scraping, no overwhelming our infrastructure, and no attempts to access another household's data.

Keep your sign-in credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current.

A household can be shared with people you invite, and everyone in it can see and edit its figures. Only invite people you trust with your numbers. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything entered in your household.

You keep ownership of the figures and text you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, back up and process that content solely to provide the service to you. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice.

You can export everything from Settings at any time, and delete your household there too.

Shape Your Brand LLC owns the KinPeak software, its interface, documentation, name and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

KinPeak is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its calculations will suit your purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

KinPeak costs $48 per year or $8 per month. The 30-day trial does not require a card. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Billing, taxes, invoicing, cancellations and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle under their Buyer Terms. Our own refund policy explains the 30-day money-back guarantee.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a fraud or security risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

You may stop using KinPeak at any time. After termination you have 30 days to export your data, after which we may delete it permanently.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost savings, lost data or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to KinPeak is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify Shape Your Brand LLC against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you enter, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both parties submit to their jurisdiction. This does not remove consumer protections you have under the mandatory law of your home country.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects you, we will say so by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use KinPeak after that means you accept the updated terms.
